The Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 were unveiled in a spectacular event at Erth Abu Dhabi on January 28, 2025. This prestigious gathering brought together the finest chefs, restaurateurs, and culinary experts from across the region to honor the best dining experiences in MENA.

For the third consecutive year, Orfali Bros Bistro in Dubai claimed the No.1 spot, solidifying its place as a leader in Middle Eastern gastronomy. This year’s list showcased an incredible diversity of cuisines and cultures, featuring restaurants from 11 different cities, including Dubai, Cairo, Amman, Riyadh, and Marrakech. The 2025 edition of MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, was more than just a ranking — it was a celebration of talent, creativity, and sustainability. Alongside the main awards, several special recognitions were presented to individuals and establishments making a significant impact on the industry.

One of the standout moments was the recognition of BOCA (No.12, Dubai), which received the Sustainable Restaurant Award.

BOCA’s dedication to zero-waste initiatives, ethical sourcing, and strong support for local farmers and fishers has set a benchmark for eco-conscious dining in the region.
Additionally, Omar Shihab of BOCA was honored with the Icon Award, recognizing his efforts in promoting sustainability and responsible gastronomy. His leadership has positioned BOCA as a trailblazer in Dubai’s green dining movement.

At Greeneration, we share this commitment to sustainability by providing chefs with eco-friendly, locally grown microgreens, edible flowers, and specialty greens. By supporting restaurants that prioritize responsible sourcing, we help push fine dining toward a greener future.
