Dubai-based agritech company Greeneration has expanded its workforce and leadership structure in 2025 as part of its continued investment in the UAE economy, supporting local job creation, income growth, and the strengthening of the country’s food and hospitality supply chain.
During the year, Greeneration refined its operational structure to support scale and day-to-day performance across its UAE operations.
The company also recorded significant workforce growth. Greeneration increased its total headcount from 21 employees in 2024 to more than 70 employees in 2025. This expansion reflects rising demand, increased local production activity, and broader operational capacity across farming, logistics, commercial, and management functions.
As part of its growth strategy, Greeneration focused on reinforcing institutional knowledge and operational continuity across its UAE operations.
