One of the standout moments of ExpoCulinaire 2024 was the open workshop "Elevating Cuisine Through Edible Flowers," led by Greeneration’s founder, Roman Ulyanov. Working with Chef Durgesh from the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA), the workshop showed how versatile and beautiful Greeneration’s edible flowers are in cooking. The featured dish, Murg Malai Tikka, demonstrated how these flowers can make a dish look and taste amazing.
